LAS CRUCES - A 44-year-old woman who allegedly ripped her daughter-in-law's nipple off during a drunken argument could be facing criminal charges, the 3rd Judicial District Attorney's Office confirmed Wednesday.
Las Cruces police officers responded to Memorial Medical Center on Sunday morning, when doctors were already in the process of reattaching the nipple to the 30-year-old victim's breast.
It's believed to be the first time a local victim has suffered a body part being torn from them, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Amy Orlando. The victim told officers she, her husband, his mother and one of her husband's friends had spent Saturday night drinking at an apartment in the 1000 block of Idaho Avenue, according to the police report. Sometime after 3 a.m., the victim's husband had started arguing with his mother, and because it was becoming "very intense," the victim went to stand in between the two to separate them.
When the victim began arguing with her 44-year-old mother-in-law, the older woman allegedly "grabbed (the victim's) right breast and began to squeeze and pull on her nipple." The victim yelled to stop, but her mother-in-law allegedly continued to pull until the younger woman began punching her in the face, according to the police report.
The victim then told police she threw her mother-in-law into the yard, but the older woman allegedly kicked in the back door and had to be physically removed again. It was when the victim was putting her mother-in-law's belongings in the yard that she felt fluid on her breast and realized there was blood on her shirt.
When she untucked her tank top, her nipple fell on the floor, she told police.
The victim put the nipple in a bag and, after several hours, decided she should go to the emergency room.
Police attempted to make contact with the mother-in-law - a convicted felon who spent two and a half years in prison for drug possession and being a habitual offender earlier in the decade - but were unable to immediately find her.
WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin postal carrier says he simply wanted to cheer up a woman on his rounds who seemed "stressed out" when he decided to deliver mail in the buff. But upon further review, the worker told police that delivering mail while completely naked probably wasn't a good idea.
A police report says the 52-year-old man told the woman he would deliver the mail in the nude to her office in Whitefish Bay to make her laugh. The report says that on Dec. 4 he brought the mail wearing only a smile.
The mail carrier was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior several days later. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says the man admitted delivering the mail naked was a stupid thing to do.
SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) -- A Festivus for the rest of us? A convicted drug dealer in California thinks so. He cited his adherence to the holiday celebrated on a famous episode of "Seinfeld" to get better meals at the Orange County jail.
The Orange County Register reported Monday that Malcolm Alarmo King disliked the salami meals served at the jail, so he used his devotion to Festivus as a reason to get kosher meals reserved for inmates with religious needs.
Keeping kosher is not one of the tenets of Festivus, which was depicted on "Seinfeld" as celebrated with the airing of grievances and the display of an aluminum pole.
Sheriff's spokesman Ryan Burris says King got salami-free meals for two months before the county got the order thrown out in court.

He-Man Movie Watchers Club
D2 - Mighty Ducks 2
-Emilo Estevez gets off the bus at the beginning of the movie and his North Stars hat covers his ears. IT COVERS HIS EARS. Dude doesn’t even know how to wear a hat.
-A bunch of mean street kids playing roller hockey?
-Team USA is comprised almost entirely of one Minnesota youth hockey league team, plus ridiculously stereotyped players from around the country, plus a girl goalie from Maine.
-Some company called Hendricks hockey wants to pay Gordon Bombay a gigantic contract to coach USA PeeWee hockey? (Clip 42)
-Gordon Bombay wins one peewee hockey championship and he’s on the level with Pat
-The Team USA youth hockey team gets it’s picture on a Wheaties box BEFORE it’s played a game (Clip 40)
-Charlie is upset because team USA wants to wear Red, White and Blue instead of Mighty Ducks colors. Punk thinks he can change the United States color scheme because he’s won a peewee championship.(Clip 41)
-Trinidad and Tobbago has a Junior Goodwill games hockey team? Really? And their uniforms are tye-dyed? REALLY?!? And despite the fact they are down 8-0, they rise up and cheer and dance on the ice to steel drums when they score one goal?
-Team USA Press conference. (Clip 45) Photos taken with “The Hendricks Bear” a dude in a cheap Polar Bear costume wearing sunglasses and yelling out things like, “Thank you, it’s good to be here!”, then the polar bear leaves and there are 2 questions, then the coach of Iceland makes a stupid threat.
-Gordon Bombay gets a palatial estate in Malibu for coaching the Team USA’s Junior Goodwill games hockey team?
-Random sunset on the beach with Gordon sadly skating on roller-blades montage.
-Gordon shows up late and to motivate the team he…blows a duck whistle?
-After the Germany game, the headline, “Flying V soars over Germany”
-Wayne Gretzky in the locker room? Egads
-It’s tough to look menacing when you’re deflating a beach ball. The Iceland coach who is supposed to be a mean tough guy that we hate looks ridiculous.
Iceland Final Game:
-Rather than making line changes, the coach puts players in one at a time?
-Apparently dumping a goalie is acceptable in the Jr. Goodwill Games as is charging the goalie and crashing into him
-2 minutes for...Roping? I can’t believe that the game action has a scene where one player lassos another.
-2nd Intermission: Gordon Bomboy calls goals points. (Clip 46)
-2nd Intermission: It’s apparently okay to change uniforms during the middle of a game, if for no other reason that it allows Disney to pimp their new NHL team’s logo and gear. Yikes (Clip 48)
-They actually run a play they call an Alley Oop
-Louis, the kid who can’t stop all movie long gets out in front for the longest breakaway in the history of hockey, skids to a stop and shoots a facefull of snow in the goalies face, and remarks how amazed he is that he stopped for three seconds, meanwhile the goalie is still stunned and NO ONE from the defense shows up.
-Someone during the time frame of a time out, the knucklepuck kid is able to change into Goldberg’s jersey, put on his pads, and pretend to be Goldberg without ANYONE noticing that he’s doing it. Then he is able to shoot the puck from behind center ice with “the knucklepuck” and score the game tying goal with NO TIME LEFT ON THE CLOCK. Perhaps the most insane portion of the entire insanely idiotic movie.
-No OT? Straight to a shootout?
-Bombay pulls Goldberg the goalie in a shootout for the last shooter for an ice cold Julie the Cat? Why not, I mean the only time we’ve seen her on the ice the entire movie is for two seconds where she gets into a fight and gets kicked out before ever actually playing, why not put her in to make the winning save? Plus, Bombay knows his move. It’s a triple deke, followed by a complete stop and a slapper from the point? Ugh, this movie knows nothing about hockey.
-The Credits roll over the team sitting around a campfire roasting marshmallows while they have the goofy looking kid with brillo pad hair (Ackerman?) sing the main lines and clearly have a studio choir singing the rest and slowly fade into Queen? Egad. (Clip 49)
Training methods:
-Tie the entire team together with a rope and have them learn how to skate together as a blob.
-Have the “Texas” character swing a lasso and try and to catch all the players with it on the ice.
-Learn how to do a line dance on the ice
-Rollerblading down the highway behind Gordon’s golf cart while doing Army chants.
-Skating wind sprints after losing 12-1 to Iceland
-Playing “Street” hockey and getting lessons in how to play tough hockey with a bunch of kids that would be playing basketball 100 times out of 100 if this were real life. (While “Whoop, there it is” plays in the background.)
-To teach Luis how to stop, Hans sets up a giant stack of soda cans for him to try to avoid, and instead he crashes into them.
-In the final practice before the finals they kick around a beach ball

Most annoying words survey:
Whatever you think about using grating words, at the end of the day it's actually better not to say whatever, if you know what I mean.
For the second consecutive year "whatever' topped a Marist poll as the most annoying word or phrase in the English language.
Nearly 39 percent of 1,020 Americans questioned in the survey deemed it the most irritating word, followed by "like" with 28 percent and the phrase "you know what I mean' at 15 percent.
"Perhaps these words are introduced through popular culture, for example movies ... so they catch on," said Mary Azzoli, of Marist. "It has a lot to do with how accepted and how popular they become in every day speech."
Azzoli said words like "whatever" can be quite dismissive depending on how they are used.
"It's the way they are delivered and inherent in that delivery is a meaning.
The phrase "to tell you the truth" and "actually" were also unnerving to many people. But for younger Americans, aged 18 to 29, "like" was the word that annoyed them most.
NEW YORK -- Tom Fenton was getting a haircut and planned to watch the Rangers game Thursday night from his couch. He got a better seat than that.
When Phoenix Coyotes No. 1 netminder Ilya Bryzgalov came down with the flu shortly before facing New York at Madison Square Garden, the team didn't have time to call up a goalie from the minors. Coyotes head of pro scouting Frank Effinger scoured the area for an amateur goalie and came up with Fenton, who lives in Purchase, N.Y., and coaches hockey at Manhattanville College. Effinger lives in the same area.
"My phone rang, I didn't pick it up," Fenton, 26, said, according to the Coyotes' website. "I eventually saw who it was so I picked it up after the haircut and called them right back. They basically said I have to get my butt down to MSG as soon as I can."
The Coyotes signed Fenton to an emergency contract and gave him jersey No. 35. He hadn't played since his senior year at American International College in Springfield, Mass., in 2009. He went 1-12-1 with a 3.60 goals-against average that season.
Fenton said he felt a little shaky when he took the ice for warmups, but he did make one observation.
"Good ice," Fenton cracked, according to the Coyotes site. "I wasn't expecting that, to be honest with you. It was great. This whole place was electric. I know we always say that cliche, but once you're out there, it's a totally different experience. Words can't really describe it."
Fenton spent the game -- a 4-3 Rangers' win in a shootout -- on the bench, but there was a point he thought he might get in.
"There was one point Barbs came across and made a pretty good save and he was kind of favoring his groin and I immediately started sweating on the bench," Fenton said, according to the Coyotes site.
"Goaltending's a little different. Just seeing these guys shoot in warmups was pretty spectacular. A lot of the guys can really wind up the puck. I don't know about [Marian] Gaborik coming down on me or anything like that."
Fenton was asked if he knew how much money he'd make for his NHL appearance.
"Oh, I don't know. I just signed the paper," Fenton said, according to the Coyotes site. "I don't care if there is anything involved there. Great story just to go home with for Christmas."
He did get one thing. The team let him keep his jersey. Oh, and another thing ... he can always say he was on an NHL team, if only for a night.

Magnificent 7: Top Seven McDonalds Characters
7. Birdie the Early Bird - She was the first identifiably female character, introduced in February 1980 to promote the company's new breakfast items. She is a yellow bird wearing a pink jumpsuit and flight cap and scarf. In the ads she is frequently portrayed as a poor flyer, and somewhat clumsy in general. Birdie's origin is explained in one old commercial: a giant egg falls from the night sky into McDonaldland, and Ronald McDonald decides to show the egg love.
6. Ronald McDonald – The original Ronald was actually Willard Scott.
5. Uncle O'Grimacey - He was created in 1977 and even appeared in 1986 for an advertising narrative of McDonald's both in celebration of Saint Patrick's Day and to mark the annual appearance of the Shamrock Shake. O'Grimacey is the Irish uncle of the character Grimace and is a variant of the Grimace-design in that he is green instead of purple, sports a frock coat covered with several four-leaf clovers, and carries a shillelagh. His design motif is not unlike that of a stereotypical depiction of the Irish folkloric leprechaun. O'Grimacey resides in his home country for eleven months of the year and visits his nephew Grimace in March, bringing with him his "incredibly delicious" shake. Uncle O'Grimacey is no longer used by the chain for its promotions of the shake.
4. Fry Guys - They are characters used to promote McDonald's french fries. When they first appeared in 1972, they were called Gobblins and liked to steal and gobble up the other characters' french fries. Accompanying them was the "Keep Your Eyes on Your Fries" jingle. Their name was later changed to the Fry Guys in 1983, then the Fry Kids in 1987, as female characters (the "Fry Girls") were introduced. They are differently-colored, shaggy, ball-like creatures with long legs and no arms, almost resembling a pom-pon with legs and eyes.
3. Hamburglar
2. Grimace - Grimace is a large, purple character who was first introduced in November 1971 as the "Evil Grimace". In his first two appearances, he was depicted with two pairs of arms with which to steal milkshakes and sodas. "Evil" was soon dropped from his moniker, and he was reintroduced in 1972 as one of the good guys. In 1974, he was redesigned, going from two pairs of arms to the single pair he has today. His role continued to grow, and by the mid 1970s, he was a major character in McDonaldland. Commercials and merchandise generally portray Grimace as a well-meaning simpleton whose clumsy antics provide a comic foil to Ronald McDonald.
1. Mayor McCheese - Mayor McCheese was an enormous cheeseburger who appeared from 1971–1985, he has a burger for a head, and sports a top hat, a diplomat's sash, and a pair of pince-nez spectacles. He is portrayed as a giggly, bumbling, somewhat incompetent mayor.

In fact, penny melting is becoming popular, and a regular cottage industry of melting down pennies to sell the copper and zinc (97.5% Zinc 2.5% copper) has arisen due to the fact that the pennies are worth more melted than as money. Let’s get to the news… (Play News Music – Clip 03)
MILWAUKEE (Reuters) – A Wisconsin woman bit off half her husband's tongue during a kiss and has been arrested, authorities said on Tuesday.
The bitten piece of the husband's tongue was recovered, and he was taken to a hospital following the incident late on Monday, Sheboygan, Wisconsin police said in a statement.
The woman, 57, told emergency workers she had "bit her husband's tongue off," police said in a statement. She had blood on her clothing, they said.
The 79-year-old victim said his wife bit his tongue while he was kissing her, police said.
The woman was singing Christmas carols and blowing a New Year's horn when police arrested her on charges of felony mayhem. She was being held pending formal charges by the District Attorney's Office.
The victim was transported to an area hospital where doctors were trying to reattach his tongue, police said. About half his tongue was bit off, they said.
The victim said his wife had been acting strangely in recent days, said the police in Sheboygan, roughly 50 miles north of Milwaukee.
BRIGHAM, Utah - A family holding an Idaho Lottery ticket worth $8 million wasn’t taking any chances while traveling from their home in Brigham City, Utah,to claim their lottery winnings in Boise. But as fate would have it, things didn’t go quite as planned.
Sisters Cindy Flintt and Carol Olven, along with their mother Donna Flintt, made the nearly 300-mile trip to Idaho with their ticket locked in a fireproof safe. But when they got to the lottery office they realized the safe had fallen through the back floor of their rusty old 1982 Datsun
Cindy Flintt says, “We were pretty broke, none of us have worked in more than 2 years”. “We took our last $74 and bought a fire proof safe from the local WalMart and loaded it into the back seat with the lottery ticket locked inside.”
When they got to the lottery office on Monday they were shocked to see the safe gone and a huge gaping hole in the rear floor of the car! Mom Donna Flintt said, “We just hugged each other and cried for almost an hour.”
Lottery spokesman David Workman says other winners have taken precautions, but the Flint family may be the first to have lost out on their multi-million dollar prize because of over-protecting it. “Apparently there was a car mat covering the substantial hole and they had no idea.” “I feel terrible for them, but there is nothing we can do about it.”
The women bought their ticket at a store in Franklin, Idaho, near the state border with Utah. But apparently the ticket is unsigned so whomever finds this treasure (and gets the safe open) will have full claim to the $8 million dollar grand prize.
BERLIN (Reuters) – A wild boar tore through the store of a small shop in a small German town last week.
The shop owner said on Monday he faces steep bills after a wild boar tore through his establishment in an hour-long rampage. The boar wandered out of a nearby forest and into the shop and caused about 5,000 euros ($6,600) in damage.
"Insurance covers theft and fire, but the shop isn't covered for a wild boar attack," said Kraemer, whose business is in the town of Hoar Grin Hausen (Hoehr-Grenzhausen) near the western city of Co Blens (Koblenz.)
"Once the boar pushed through the door, I quickly helped the customer out of store and then went to try to guard the store equipment," said Kraemer. He and a sales clerk were unhurt in the rampage but unable to stop the boar.
A disaster like this is bad for the shopkeeper of course, but but believe it or not it was even worse for the boar, who may have the worst luck of any wild boar in rampaging a storefront in recorded history. You see, the shop that the boar broke into is a butcher shop, the butcher had the animal shot in his store after an hour of rampaging destruction and the butcher plans to at least recover a small portion of his losses by selling slices of the slain beast.
The 130-kg (290 lbs) boar will only fetch about 400 euros in ham and wurst sales after he finishes carving it up.

Let’s get to the news… (Play News Music – Clip 03)
11-year-old girl became a mother during her wedding. (Ten words)
Years ago and still today in a few countries, marriage to a girl under the age of 18 is still the norm. Bulgaria however frowns on such a thing, especially when the groom is a legal adult. The case gets a little more bizarre with a twist when an 11-year-old girl became a mother during her wedding.
11-year-old Kordeza Zhelyazkova was taken to the hospital in a wedding dress and tiara. There she gave birth to her baby daughter, who was named Violeta.
The Schoolgirl, from the town of Sliven in Bulgaria, became pregnant just two weeks after she turned 11 years old. The girl became a mother when childbirth started right during the wedding of the young groom, 19-year-old husband Zheljazko Dimitrov.
Kardeza says that she is not going to play with toys anymore because she now has a new duty. “She’s so beautiful, I love her very much. Violeta is my child, and apparently, it’s time to for me to grow up.” It is doubtful she will return to school, because now she just wants to be a mom.
The 11 and 19 year old met on the playground of his Roma School, he saved her from bullies.
Kordeza admits: “We have not had sex education, and I did not know how I got pregnant. I had never been a friend and I had never heard of condoms. I did not know I was pregnant until my grandmother brought attention to something, I strongly attested I thought that eaten too many hamburgers.”
The young couple united by marriage in the traditional Gypsy wedding, However Zheljazko under the laws of Bulgaria, faces up to six years in prison for seducing a minor.

HAYDEN, Idaho - A White separatist drew complaints from neighbors and a visit from law enforcement officers after building a snowman shaped like a member of the Ku Klux Klan on his front lawn.
County sheriff's deputies told Mark E-luh-son Wednesday that he could be charged with a crime because the 10-foot-tall snowman was holding what appeared to be a noose. Deputies were called by neighbors who were appalled by the pointy-headed snowman with two dark eyes.
Hayden for decades earned notoriety for being near the former rural compound of the Aryan Nations.
E-luh-son could have been charged with creating a public nuisance. Idaho law defines such a nuisance as anything "offensive to the senses" or that interferes with the comfort of an entire neighborhood. E-luh-son removed the noose and toppled the snowman after he talked with officers.
E-luh-son told KXLY-TV of Spokane that he sees nothing wrong with the snowman. But other people did.
"It's such a message of hate," said Amber Caldwell, who saw the snowman while visiting her cousin in the neighborhood. "My kids asked me about it and I had to explain what that symbol means."
E-luh-son has angered neighbors in the past by flying Aryan Nations flags at his home. At Halloween he passed out bullet casings after he said he ran out of candy.
Kent, England: As Arctic blizzards swept across southeast England, stranding hundreds in their cars and bringing motorways to a virtual halt in whiteout conditions, Kent police received a strange call on their emergency number.
"I haven't been out to check on him for five hours but I went outside for a fag (cigarette) and he's gone," said the female caller.
When the operator asked who had gone she replied: "My snowman. I thought that with it being icy and there not being anybody about he'd be safe.
"It ain't a nice road but you don't expect anybody to nick your snowman," she added.
Police were most definitely not amused.
"This call could have cost someone's life if there was a genuine emergency and they couldn't get through. It was completely irresponsible,' said Chief Inspector Simon Black.
A transcript of the call was released by the force to highlight what they said was misuse of the emergency number 999 system.

Why do we have new pennies? – The new Lincoln pennies celebrating the life of our 16th president.
Coins are getting dumb:
Penny – Worth 1 cent, costs almost 2 cents to make
Nickel – Worth 5 cents, costs 7.7 cents to make
Now we are minting NEW Lincoln pennies? Why? I get it’s to honor Lincoln, but seriously, pennies?
In fact, penny melting is becoming popular, and a regular cottage industry of melting down pennies to sell the copper and zinc (97.5% Zinc 2.5% copper) has arisen due to the fact that the pennies are worth more melted than as money. The government has actually had to make it a crime to melt pennies, and if you’re caught doing so, you can be imprisoned for as much a five years for the crime.

Let’s get to the news… (Play News Music – Clip 03)
Investigators from the Florida Fire Marshal's office are trying to determine why a naked man sitting in a lawn chair outside an apartment building was laughing while a fire destroyed four units.
The detectives think the man might have started the fire, which was the cause of his enjoyment. Four families lost their homes when flames burned through the apartments in the Maitland complex on Tuesday. Six other units were filled with smoke.
Everyone got out of their apartments before the flames spread and there were no injuries, but several witnesses noticed the naked man sitting in a chair in front of his home and laughing. A neighbor said the 56-year old man was "on his porch butt-naked and laughing at the whole thing."
While ten residents try to find a new place to live and make new holiday plans, police and fire investigators are considering arson charges for the naked man with the strange sense of humor.
An Illinois man who was stopped with a pipe bomb in his backpack told police he had been carrying it for two years, chicagobreakingnews.com reported Tuesday.
Ryan Barton, 20, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon after police discovered the bomb when questioning him about a series of auto burglaries in Wheeling, Ill.
Police said he was not linked to the thefts.
Barton, of Arlington Heights, Ill., gave no reason for carrying the bomb but said a former friend helped him build it.
A German woman who splashed out on breast implants with a loan from her then boyfriend now fears her assets could be re-possessed after she failed to fully reimburse him, the 20-year-old woman told a German newspaper.
Her ex-boyfriend is demanding that she return the 4,379 euros ($5,865 USD) he gave her to pay for her breast enlargement surgery in 2009 or he'll call the police and get the repossessors involved, Bild reported on Wednesday.
"It's true that Carsten signed a loan agreement shortly before the operation," the woman named only as Anastasia is quoted saying. "The condition was that I wouldn't have to pay him back if I stayed with him for a year."
But the pair split shortly after she underwent the plastic surgery. The woman said she had transferred 3,000 euros into her ex-boyfriend's account last week.

On the docket for today, a Christmas movie…sort of:
- Today: Die Hard
- Next week: The Sting
- Open to future suggestions:
Die Hard:
This movie is totally of the 80’s:
Ellis doing Coke in John McClane’s wife’s office
McClane is shocked by a touch screen – Super Deluxe fancy
Crappy Rap in the tape deck of the limo driven by “Argyle” the limo driver
McClane lights up a cigarette right in the airport baggage claim area
Alan Rickman is awesome in this and Bruce Willis is very cool too, but apart from that…Kind of a goofy movie.
Multitude of hateable characters:
-Blonde dude (Carl) who has it out for McClane because McClane kills his brother
-Ellis: The stock broker (Hans, Boobie – Clip 36)
-BOTH Television guys – The Anchor (Clip 40) and the reporter who breaks in on the McClane housekeeper with the kids so he can interview them.
-The Cop from LA who is running things (Also he is the principle from Breakfast Club)
Interesting that with all the people dying in this one, all three of the black characters live to see the end. It kind of goes against the Action Flick rule that the black dude dies quickly. Although, all three black characters are kind of lame.
-There is Argyle - the Limo driver
-Al, A.K.A. Carl Winslow from Family Matters, the good but chunky desk ridden cop who killed a 13 year old kid and now pushes a pencil. (Saves McClane at the end, though)
-Theo – The Terrorist’s hacker (QB is toast – Clip 35)

Let’s get to the news… (Play News Music – Clip 03)
SALMON, Idaho (Reuters) – An Idaho judge has set bond at $100,000 for a Boise woman police say posed as a physician and duped at least two other women into having their breasts examined by her at Boise-area nightclubs.
Kristina Ross, 37, remains in Ada County Jail in Boise on two felony counts of practicing medicine without a license.
Police say Ross introduced herself to victims -- one at a downtown Boise bar and the other at a nightclub in a Boise suburb -- as a plastic surgeon named Berlyn Aussieahshowna, a name that turned out to be bogus.
The two women told Boise officers they believed Ross was a physician because of her apparent medical knowledge, and they agreed to undergo what they thought were breast exams, which happened at the bars.
As part of her ruse, Ross gave the women the telephone number of a real licensed plastic surgeon in Boise, the state capital, authorities said.
Staff at that medical office became alarmed at the number of calls they received from women in recent weeks attempting to confirm appointments or surgeries with a Berlyn Aussieahshowna, according to charging documents.
Medical workers on Tuesday alerted Boise police about the pattern, and they later arrested Ross.
The suspect's gender is unclear. Idaho court records show that Ross was arrested for petty theft in the spring and that the arrest warrant was issued to a Kristoffer Jon Ross.
The Idaho Statesman website reported that Ross has a previous criminal record as a man but identifies herself as a woman and was booked into Ada County Jail as a female.
Cosmetic surgical procedures Ross discussed with victims after she touched their breasts under the guise of a medical evaluation included breast augmentation and liposuction.
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – New Hampshire woman Bonnie Usher robbed a Rite Aid Friday morning, but her getaway was hampered by her own vanity. You see, despite a successful robbery and getaway, Ms. Usher made one small mistake:
Police say a motorist watched the woman flee from the Rite Aid parking lot in Manchester. The witness also reported seeing the woman toss items from her car Friday morning this odd behavior was even easier to remember due to Bonnie Usher’s license plate.
The vanity plate read "B-USHER." That’s right, Her name was on the license plate of the getaway car.
Police were able to use that distinctive license plate to determine that the car was registered to 43-year-old Bonnie Usher, who was arrested at her home. Police also recovered stolen money and found a ski mask tossed from the car. Oops.
AUSTRALIA - Sometimes you just have to find the girl. Steve Tucker, a government worker in Australia, met a mysterious and enchanting woman at a party. He was smitten with her, yes…he was in deep smit. He couldn’t forget her, even though the only thing he knew about her was that her name was Olivia. So what’s a obsessed and slightly creepy young lad to do? Why, start a carpet bombing email campaign to try and find her, of course. Steve emailed everyone in the entire Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship…All 7,000 employees.
He couldn't forget the enchanting person he knew only as Olivia. So in a move that is hard to categorize as anything but desperate, he emailed ALL his colleagues for help. Steve has not apologized for spamming the entire Department of Immigration and Citizenship, and in a way, he was even successful. Olivia did come forward. However, this story falls just shy of a happy ending. Yes, Olivia DID come forward, but only to say she wasn't interested in Steve.

Rocky:
Weird Theme Song: Simultaneously one of the best and worst theme songs in movie history. Best – (Clip 90) Worst – (Clip 91) – Gonna Fly Now: Brass music mixed with Disco mixed with weird choral arrangement. Just weird. Yet it works beautifully, just so long as you don’t linger on the vocals.
Rocky – Just a bonehead
Mickey – Spouts some of the best dialogue in the film.
City of Philadelphia – Worst place on earth? Nothing but garbage stacked up and fires in barrels everywhere. Very bleak. It’s almost a character in the movie all by itself.
Rocky – Random scene where he gives advice to the fat girl
Rocky – Beating the crap out of sides of beef
Rocky – Doesn’t keep his hands up, blocks punches with his face
Adrian – Is there a more awkward woman on earth than Adrian?
Adrian – She waits in the dressing room for most of the fight with Apollo instead of in the arena?
Adrian – She cleans up the apartment once she moves in with Rocky, although Rock lets her go a little nuts. Dog posters and flowery wall paper all over everything.
Apollo – More businessman than fighter for most of the film.
Rocky and Adrian: Strangest date in movie history?
The whole theme of the movie: Redemption and 2nd chances: Rocky gets to redeem his life, Adrian gets redemption by leaving Pauly, Mickey gets redemption by Philadelphia gets redemption by hosting the bicentennial party, Apollo gets redemption by remembering that he is a fighter and what it takes to be great, Pauly gets redemption by…Getting advertising on Rocky’s robe?

LONDON (AP) -- He missed the plane. Now thousands of annoyed Internet users say authorities missed the joke.
When Paul Chambers was arrested and fined for posting a jocular message to micro-blogging site Twitter in which he threatened to blow up northern England's Robin Hood Airport if it didn't reopen in time for his flight, it caused a minor stir.
Now that a court has turned down his appeal, the Internet has come alive with outrage, with thousands of online fans posting comic threats to the regional airport out of solidarity.
Many have added the tag "IAmSpartacus" to their posts - a reference to the Stanley Kubrick's 1960 epic "Spartacus," in which the titular hero's fellow rebels all assume his identity in a gesture of solidarity.
The act of online revolt - the AP counted some 5,000 posts carrying the "IAmSpartacus" tag within two hours - seems to have cowed authorities. A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police, which originally arrested Chambers, scoffed and said "no" when asked if police planned on arresting any of Chambers' online fans.
But she refused to answer when asked why the thousands of jokey threats to blow Robin Hood Airport "sky high" would be treated any differently than Chambers' original tweet, which resulted in his arrest.
The Spartacus reference was Twitter's top trending subject worldwide, while rights groups back in Britain weighed the implications of Chambers' failed appeal - warning that the so-called "Twitter Joke Trial" had set an ugly precedent for free speech online.
Police and prosecutors "seem to have completely ignored the notion of context, which is a very dangerous thing," said Padraig Reidy of the London-based Index on Censorship. "If he genuinely intended to blow up the airport, he wouldn't have tweeted it. It's obviously a joke."
Chambers' lawyer, David Allen Green, said his client's case should never have gone to court.
According to accounts carried on Green's blog and in the British media, the 27-year-old was alarmed when heavy snow closed Robin Hood Airport, which he was due to fly out of in order to see a friend he'd met online.
In a profane message posted to dozens of followers on Jan. 6, he stated: "Robin Hood Airport is closed. You've got a week and a bit to get (it) together, otherwise I'm blowing the airport sky high!!"
The tweet might've faded into the obscurity of Internet had it not been discovered by an airport duty manager browsing the Internet five days later. The manager forwarded the offending tweet on to his station manager, and - even though the threat was deemed "non-credible" - it was passed on to police.
On Jan. 13, a week after Chambers' intemperate post, he was arrested and questioned. Chambers' case file notes that "there is no evidence at this stage that this is anything other than a foolish comment posted on Twitter as a joke for only his close friends to see," but he was charged and convicted in any case.
Rejecting Chambers' appeal Thursday, Judge Jacqueline Davies at Doncaster Crown Court ordered him to pay 2,000 pounds ($3,225) in prosecution costs, in addition to a 385 pound fine.
Writer and actor Stephen Fry - one of several celebrities backing Chambers' cause - offered financial help, tweeting "whatever they fine you, I'll pay."
Green said his client, who has since lost his job, is still considering his legal options.
